"It gives me great pleasure to write this testimonial for Sensei Matthew Charles of Seishin Karate Cranbourne.

As a mother of two children, a 7 yr old daughter and 9 yr old son, I was searching for a sport they could be involved in that would impact not only on their health and well being but extend into all areas of their lives.

Not having any involvement in karate, l contacted Fleur Charles at the Cranbourne Dojo to discuss my children joining the club. After an initial trial class they were excited to begin their journey into the world of karate and beyond.

l cannot extend enough my gratitude to Sensei, who has become a very important part in my childrens lives. He has assisted my family in instilling respect and discipline while teaching them self defence all wrapped up in a big ball of FUN! He has a natural ability with children and an understanding of how to get the best out of them.

l enjoyed watching the classes so much l decided to give karate a go myself! It is a wonderful way of keeping fit and making great friends. The students at Cranbourne Dojo are a terrific bunch of people.I would highly recommend Seishin Karate Cranbourne to anyone of any age group, right from the very young to the more mature. It is a decision that will change your life".
